Ingredients: Oats, dried apricots, dates, oil, vanilla, molasses, brown sugar, peanut butter, sunbutter, tahini coconut milk and apple cider vinegar. We rest it, and then add vegan protein powder, chia eggs, psyllium and baking soda. Cookies are rolled in toasted pumpkin seeds before baking.
