One mini loaf of pumpkin coffee cake. (GF)
Ingredients: We make this cake gluten free, with oats, walnuts, almonds and coconut flour. Along with the pumpkin (which is tinned and Canadian) we use org. soymilk, unrefined org. coconut oil, dark brown sugar, chia, psyllium and spices. It is glazed with icing sugar, soy milk and coconut oil.
