Ingredients: 70% Organic Sifted Wheat flours/Organic Spelt, water, salt, olive oil, seeds (Sesame, Black Sesame, Poppy, Flax, Sunflower, Pumpkin, Millet, Quinoa), natural levain (flour, water), wild yeasts.
Store for days: Cover in a cloth and keep it in a dry place
Store for weeks: In the freezer, wrapped in plastic film (or cut in smaller portions)
